Hi community!
I’m Craig Lair and I am an assistant project manager. I work in Panama City Beach, FL on a new hospital under construction. I am a 2 as far as scrum experience. I do use a Trello board for my task management and it has been amazing to keep myself organized. I hope to keep learning and growing with my scrum journey and keep increasing my productivity. I want to try some innovative ideas to improve my own work and grow as a PM and a lean construction advocate.
Have a great week!
Welcome Craig!
