You will learn the patterns needed to implement Scrum in design and construction as well as get a walkthrough of many examples from construction Scrum teams from around the world.
The training was developed using Scrum and gets updated periodically based on feedback, and that's just part of how I use Scrum to teach Scrum. Go at your own pace and practice what you learn. Start using Scrum a little more each week. Some students begin using full Scrum after the course and others start iteratively using small changes to how they and their teams currently work. In most cases, construction professionals report drastic improvements to their workflow including quality, speed, and increased enjoyment.
